Simple ways you can help California's next generation of water professionals

Thank you for your interest in volunteering. Let us know how you'd like to get involved and we'll reach out to explain the opportunities.

1. Meet with students
   If you're willing to share advice with students and review resumes, volunteer to meet in a small group with students. We host in-person events and Zoom meetings with students.
2. 'How I Made It' Video Interview
   We'll create a short video interview about how you made it. How did you pass your certification exams? How did you get your first job? And what you recommend to new people new? We'll reach out to provide more info.
3. 'How I Made It' Photo Story
   We'll send you three short interview questions to share your career path with students. Provide 4-5 photos of you working in water over the years. Stories posted to social media.
4. Contribute a career resource suggestion
   Let us know a valuable resource that helped you find your job, prepare for a certification exam, or get the degree that helped you get promoted. Let's help students succeed.
